LOCATION & ACCESS
Approximately 60 minutes by car via A3 and A7. The property is located in Malu Roșu, Ceptura, Prahova — 80 km from Henri Coandă International Airport.
Yes. Free private parking on the property for all vehicles.
Check-in is fully independent — no one needs to be on site. You will receive the gate code and cabin safe code via WhatsApp before arrival. Check-in is available from 15:00, unless agreed upon at an earlier time.
Standard check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out may be available depending on availability — ask us on the morning of departure.
THE CABINS
It depends on the cabin type. The A-Frame Chalets (Azaleya and Cataleya) accommodate up to 6 guests each, the Barnhouse Cabins (Terra and Aria) up to 3 guests each, and Studio Apollo up to 2 guests.
Two nights for weekends (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday). One night stays are available only on weekdays.
Yes. All cabins are equipped with central heating, adjustable individually on each radiator. The property is open year-round.
Yes. Free WiFi across the full property, including inside every cabin. The password is provided at check-in.
Yes. Pets are welcome with a fee of 250 RON per stay for access to the cabin.
Yes. Exclusive use of the full property — all 5 cabins, up to 20 guests — is available for corporate retreats, private celebrations, and group stays. Details and availability at artachalet.com/exclusive-use.(http://artachalet.com/exclusive-use)
ON THE PROPERTY
Mikaffa — our on-site specialty coffee roastery — is open Thursday through Sunday from 10:00. On other days, message us the evening before and we will arrange it.
Yes. The hot tub is available at 350 RON/day, reserved exclusively for your group — no other guests will use it on the same day. Water is changed after each use. Heating takes 5–6 hours, so reserve the day before.
Yes. We offer breakfast baskets delivered directly to your cabin door in three options: Classic Arta Morning (178 RON / 2 guests), Vegetarian Garden Morning (178 RON / 2 guests), and Premium Slow Morning (298 RON / 2 guests, includes chilled Prosecco). Order by 13:00 the day before.
ACTIVITIES & AREA
ATV and off-road tours, electric bicycle hire, wine tastings on the Road of Wine (SERVE, Davino, Lacerta, Crama de Piatra and others), hiking trails direct from the property, and on-site massage by prior arrangement. Full details at artachalet.com/experiences.(http://artachalet.com/experiences)
Yes. Vinalia and Crama de Piatra are approximately 10-15 minutes away. Additional restaurants and wineries are available within 15 km.
BOOKING & POLICIES
Directly at artachalet.com/book,(http://artachalet.com/book) or through platforms like Booking.com,(http://Booking.com) Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, Trip.com.(http://Trip.com) Direct bookings always receive the best available rate.
Two policies are available: Non-refundable (lower rate, no cancellation) and Flexible — free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. The applicable policy is shown at the time of booking.
Online reservations are paid by card via our own booking engine or other platforms. Most card types are accepted.
Payments with vacation cards (Pluxee, EdenRed, UpRomania) are accepted. For facilitating this kind of payment, please get in touch with us and we will issue a special payment link.
