All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, by and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Reservation Regulations

GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION

​

Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or bank transfer when you reserve.

Check-in is after 3 PM

Check-out ends at 11 AM

For late check-out/early check-in, we ask that guests contact us as far in advance as possible regarding early arrivals and late departures. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be securely stored with our compliments.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 to stay at Arta Chalet.

Children under the age of 6 can stay for free as long as they share the bedroom with their parents.

For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. 

Additional guests that would exceed the capacity of your chosen unit are not allowed.

Parking is private and free at our location.

Rooms not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as a no-show unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Well-groomed pets are welcome at our location. A Non-refundable fee of 550 RON per stay applies for pets. Only pets under 15kg are allowed. A maximum of one pet per cabin is permitted.

Additional fees may be incurred if excessive dirt is detected after your check-out. The standard fee is 500 RON/unit. If mud is present on the carpets of the bedrooms, an extra fee of 350RON/bedroom will be charged.

Arta Chalet is a smoke-free environment. Please note that a minimum fee of 1500 RON will be charged if smoke is detected inside the chalets. Use only the outside designated areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY​

If you must cancel your reservation, please notify us 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's stay plus tax, unless otherwise noted in the terms & conditions of your booking. If you simply do not check in, you will be charged one night's stay plus tax. For reservations that include both A-Frame chalets, a 21-day cancellation policy is required. For reservations that include the entire property, a 28-day cancellation policy is required. Failure to cancel reservations 14 days, 21 days, or 28 days prior to arrival, depending on the reservation type, will result in a full reservation charge.

 

COVID-19 RISK-FREE CANCELLATION

In the case that government regulations related to COVID-19 restrict free circulation or the opportunity to travel and you are forced to cancel your reservation, we will reimburse 100% of your deposit

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third-party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve of immediately removing all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time.
