Arta Chalet is not a traditional event venue
It is a private estate where a small number of events are hosted each year — selected carefully to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The hill, the trees, the quiet: these are not a backdrop. They are the event itself.
Each gathering here is different. The setup, the flow, the details — all adapted to the occasion and the season. What stays constant is the scale: small enough that every guest feels the place, not the crowd.

THE SPACE
The forest patio
The primary event space at Arta Chalet is the forest patio — a covered structure at the edge of the property, where the grounds give way to the trees. It can be heated in colder months and opened entirely in summer.
The space seats 24 indoors and a further 10 on the adjacent terrace. For larger events, nearby accommodations can be arranged for guests who need to stay overnight — the five cabins sleep up to 20 people across the property.
Every setup is adapted individually. There is no fixed layout, no standard package. You describe what you need; we tell you honestly whether we can do it well.

From the first conversation to the day itself. We help you determine the vision and execute each detail — budget, flow, vendor coordination, and on-site management.

CATERING & BAR
We work with trusted local caterers who know the property and the style. Menus are built around seasonal Romanian produce. Wine selection draws from the surrounding Dealu Mare estates.

DECOR & FLORALS
Decoration is kept close to the materials of the place — wood, stone, field flowers, candlelight. We can recommend trusted florists and decorators who understand the aesthetic.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM
We can recommend photographers and videographers familiar with the property and the quality of light here at different times of day and year.

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
Acoustic sets in the forest patio, a string quartet at the fire pit, a DJ for the later hours. We keep recommendations to those who fit the scale and spirit of the place.
