We are thrilled to host you and ensure your stay is relaxing and unforgettable. Please use this guide to familiarize yourself with the cabin and the surrounding area.

1. Before You Settle In: Arrival & Departure

Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in is available from 15:00 (3:00 PM).

• Check-out is until 11:00 (11:00 AM).

• We appreciate your cooperation with the departure time so we can prepare for our next guests.

2. Your Cabin Amenities & How-To

We’ve stocked your cabin with modern amenities and comforts to make you feel at home.

Heating & Comfort Control

• Heating Adjustment: Each room has a radiator with a knob to control the temperature individually.

  • Turn the knob to 1 for the minimum heat setting.

  • Turn the knob to 5 for the maximum heat setting.

• Cooling: Each chalet is also equipped with Air Conditioning for your comfort during warmer days. The controls are located in your unit. Please make sure the AC is set on cooling (the snowflake icon).

Kitchen & Cooking

Your cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

• Stovetop Child Protection: For safety, the cooking stove has a child protection lock. To unlock and use the stove, press and hold the lock button for a few seconds until the indicator turns off.

• Coffee: We provide an Espresso Machine and a complimentary welcome basket that includes freshly roasted Mikaffa single origin coffee. Enjoy!

  1. Portafilter: The coffee machine operates using a manual portafilter (the handle with the basket).

  2. Dose and Tamp: Use the provided helping spoon to measure your coffee grounds. The flat base of this spoon is dual-purpose and should be used as a tamper; press the grounds firmly and evenly into the portafilter basket before locking it into the machine.

Outdoor Facilities

• Private Barbecue: Each cabin has its own dedicated BBQ area for your private use. We provide complimentary fire coal and firewood to get you started. Please ensure all fires are completely extinguished after use and that all waste is disposed of in the designated bins.

• Fire Pit: The communal Fire Pit is available for a cozy evening under the stars. Please exercise caution and respect the quiet hours.

• Parking: Free, designated on-site parking is available for all guests.

Connectivity & Essentials

• Internet: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available.

• Provided Items: Feel free to use the provided bathrobes and slippers, as well as the high-quality natural skincare products in the bathroom. Ironing facilities are also available.

Linen & Housekeeping Services

Your initial supply of towels and bedding is ready for you.

• Extra Linen: If you require extra towels or additional bedding at any time during your stay, please inform usand we will gladly bring them to your cabin.

• Linen Changes: Should you wish to have your towels or bedding changed during your stay, please let us know, and we will arrange the service.

• For stays longer than 3 nights, complimentary housekeeping can be arranged on request. Please contact our team at least 24 hours in advance to schedule it.

• We kindly ask you to dispose of waste in the provided bins and avoid leaving food outdoors to prevent attracting animals. A staff member will further on take it to the waste area.

3. House Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a peaceful and harmonious stay for all our guests and neighbors, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins. Please use outdoor areas only and ensure cigarette butts are safely and properly disposed of.

• For your comfort and cleanliness, please leave outdoor shoes at the entrance — slippers are provided.

• Candles and open flames are not permitted indoors.

• Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours between 23:00 (11:00 PM) and 08:00 (8:00 AM). Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Remember — you’re sharing this landscape not just with other guests, but with the forest itself.

• Events: Parties or large events are not permitted on the property, unless formerly agreed.

• Pets: Pets are welcome only upon prior request and confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee.

• Minimum Age: The minimum age for check-in is 18.

• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Please report any issues immediately.

We encourage you to explore the beauty of Dealu Mare. Enhance your stay with a selection of activities we can arrange for you.

• Relaxation: Indulge in the ultimate comfort of our Wooden Hot Tub. This requires a fee and must be booked in advance to ensure it's ready for you. We can also arrange private Massages or a dedicated Private Chef for a special evening.

• Adventure: Embark on a thrilling Off-Road Tour with an experienced driver, starting from 120 RON per person. We also offer bicycles and electric bicycles for rent (through a partner) for cycling the picturesque local trails.

• Trekking: Discover the surrounding hills and forests on foot with fantastic Trekking opportunities right from our doorstep.

• Wine: Being in the heart of the region, Wine Tastings at local, renowned wineries are a must. We would be happy to help you book an unforgettable cellar visit.

• Dining: We recommend the traditional Romanian cuisine at nearby restaurants such as Crame de Piatra, Licorna in Vie, Crama Apogeum, Vinalia and Domeniul Strehan.
