This guide contains essential details for accessing your cabin and completing your departure, ensuring a smooth and private stay.

1. Remote Check-in Procedure

Your stay at Arta Cabin is designed to be seamless and private. We operate a remote check-in system, meaning you can arrive at your leisure after 15:00 (3:00 PM), unless a different time was agreed upon prior to your arrival.

Your Access Details

We have sent your unique access codes prior to your arrival.

• Main Gate Access Code: Use the code 2468# on the keypad at the entrance of the property. From the inside, you can open or close the gates using the silver button located next to the pedestrian gate.

• Key Locker Code: Use the code already received on the key locker box located next to your cabin door. The code will unlock the locker and allow you to retrieve your physical cabin key.

Mandatory Guest Registration (GDPR Compliance)

As an accommodation provider in Romania, we are legally required to register all guests with local authorities. To comply with this legal obligation, we must collect identity documentation for every guest.

Please send a photo of your ID card or passport to us via WhatsApp (the number you are communicating with).

2. Check-out Procedure

We hope you had a relaxing stay! Check-out is simple and requires no special procedures.

• Departure Time: Please ensure you have left your cabin and the property by 11:00 AM, unless a different time was agreed upon priorly.

• Cabin Key: Before leaving, please return your physical key to the key locker and ensure it is securely locked.

• Waste: We appreciate it if you consolidate any garbage and recycling in the designated bins.

• Gate: Simply use the main gate access code or button as you exit the property.
